How does Insight Coaching work?
It is certain that life will present each one of us with challenges and
obstacles. Often, when we are unsatisfied or disillusioned in particular areas of our lives,
our actions
are not always in alignment with our deepest values, beliefs and
commitments.
The powerful co-created relationship with your coach is the foundation of your successful results. The skillfulness of the Coach is both an art and a science. The Coach will
work with you from a place of authenticity: deeply listening and
guiding you with elegance and grace to your own inner Wisdom and Truth.
Coaches work with the brilliance and strengths of the client in
specific areas of life identified by the client. Coaches are trained to support the client
as they achieve a certain desired outcome.
The conversations generated during sessions have clients experience a deepened awareness; a powerful insight; a tremendous shift.
This shift is the force and momentum that supports transformative
actions and further fuels changes in attitudes, beliefs, and actions. The result is enthusiasm, acceptance and balance in one's life.
You will create a new future and new possibility built upon a foundation of confidence, clarity and freedom.
How does Life Coaching differ from Therapy?
Life Coaching is based on the premise of discovery and creating. It is
about moving from the present and into the future with clarity, accuracy, and velocity,
with the intended destination being the life the client wants to create for
themself.
Coaching is suited for
clients who are specifically looking to work through a set of
circumstances that has left them dis-empowered,
derailed and/or in search of clarity and confidence in decision making.
Therapy has more to do with uncovering, issue resolution, recovery and
healing. It can have more to do with looking at the past, and healing
older wounds that may be influencing the present. It is effective for
clients who are managing depression, anxiety, neurosis, or addictions.
Therapists are experts in medical and behavioral sciences trained to
treat diagnosable conditions.

What are the logistics of the Individual Coaching Sessions?
Typically, individual coaching calls are scheduled ahead of time for weekly 45 minute phone sessions. Prior to each call, the client will complete a Session Intention Form, which provides the opportunity for the client to set their intentions around what topic they would like to discuss during the coaching call.
Should the client need to reschedule a coaching call, 24 hrs notice is both required and appreciated.
